On this page you will find the registration forms for 45AM.
Early registration – available until April 16.
Registration deadline – May 31.
If you require an invitation letter (e.g. for visa purposes) please contact 45am_visa@irf.se as soon as possible.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all science sessions
- Tea and coffee between science sessions, 3 times per day
- Lunches Monday-Friday
- Welcome reception on Monday evening
- Excursion to Esrange rocket range
- Conference dinner on Thursday evening

*Students are eligible for a conference fee discount. To get the discount, please email 45am@irf.se giving your name, affiliation, level of study (e.g. masters, PhD), and name of your supervisor/advisor. We will then send you a code for use during the registration process.
**The conference fee for accompanying persons includes all social events.
Social Programme
The social programme includes a welcome reception, an excursion to the Ice Hotel and the Esrange rocket range, an excursion to the LKAB iron mine, and the conference dinner.
